Booking forms you completed on third party booking websites - Ticket Tailor and BookWhen.
Medical and waiver form you are required to complete for health and wellbeing reasons
Embedded enquiry forms you completed on our website from Jotforms
Direct messages and comments you sent on our Facebook page
Direct messages and replies you sent on Twitter
Direct messages and comments you sent on Instagram
Emails you sent to info@forestschoolbury.co.uk or communitree-enquiries@outlook.com or info@communitree.co.uk

book you on to our services per your request
ensure we adhere to health and safety procedures

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on a password protected systems

We keep your contact details when you are still using our services. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting them on all our systems - unless you have given us consent to keep your details for example if you are returning to use our services.

We keep photography and filming you have given us consent for 5 years - you can request for these to be deleted at anytime.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
